About
For 3.5 years I ran every executive seat simultaneously, from CTO and COO to Sales and Finance, while shipping code. It built a rare capability to see organizations as a single operating system, which is how I mentor founders and diagnose operational bottlenecks today.
Twelve years of technical leadership as CTO, paired with six years as a CEO and full-stack executive across founder roles. I have operated as the technical and organizational leader for companies navigating growth, architectural resets, and AI deployment, while personally advising nearly a hundred founders and operators. When I run a two-week diagnostic, I'm not figuring out how organizations work on your invoice. I have spent twelve years paying for that education myself.
My background is in software engineering and entrepreneurship. My first startup (UNI-HAID, where I was CEO) was built around my biomedical engineering thesis, which was the result of three years of personal study in neuroplasticity and artificial senses. This passion served as the inspiration and technical foundation for the company, developing low-latency signal processing for hearing aids directly on the Linux kernel.
Now: two-week operating diagnostics for operations-heavy and growth-stage firms, delivered personally. Globally available. A small number of engagements at a time, by design.
Running in parallel through all of it: a hundred-plus music tracks, manuscripts, a released game, instruments built from raw wood. Not a side project: the same production discipline applied to different materials.
